Ingredients:
100 grams butter (not melted)
1 pack digestive biscuits (small pack)
1 pack Philadelphia cheese (original)
2,5 dl icing sugar (Powdered sugar) (SE: florsocker)
1 msk (msk) vanilla sugar
1 citron (riven citron)
Strawberry and blueberry (add-on)

Steps how to make it:
Step 1: Crush the biscuits until it gets very small and mix it with the 100g butter.
Step 2: Put in a round form and press it until it looks fine and equal in the bottom.
Step 3: Whip the whipping cream first in a separate bowl.
Step 4: Mix Philadelphia cheese, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and grated lemon.
Step 5: Mix the whipped cream in the step 4.
Step 6: Pour it in a form. Refrigerate in 4 hours.
