  • Ingredients:

  • 1 kg fresh strawberry
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 dl whip cream
  • Strawberry jam
  • 2 dl sugar
  • 1 dl flour
  • 3/4 potato flour
  • 1.5 lb baking powder
  • 1 lb butter
  • Marsán/vanilla sauce

  • Preparation and Oven Time:

  • 1.5 hour
  • Oven 175°C for 40 mins

  • How to do it:

    First Step:
  • In a cake form put a butter, next
  • put a skorp flour (skorpmjöl).

    Second step:
  • get a bowl,
  • put 4 eggs,
  • 2 dl sugar and
  • whip it together until get floppy.

    Third step:
  • get another bowl then put
  • 1 dl flour
  • 3/4 potato flour
  • 1.5 baking powder,
  • mix it together
  • and then mix step 3 into step 2 and only make 2 or 3 stirs after that
  • put in a cake form.

    Fourth step:
  • Oven 175° C 40 mins
  • after in the oven let rest to make it cold or you can put in the fridge,
  • cut in two half and put a strawberry jam, marsán/vanilla sauce, and small pieces of strawberry,
  • whip the unwhip cream after that put all over the cake,
  • then put the sliced strawberries,
  • ready to serve.
